SFDC consultant/Lead with minimum 5 years of Salesforce Development experience.

* Responsible for leading design, architecture, development, performance optimization and ongoing support of our enterprise Salesforce.com CRM solution that supports our Sales and Service organization.

* In depth experience on Triggers, Classes.

* Should have worked on at least 3 full Salesforce implementation.

* Should have lead a team of at least 5 members.

* Experience in Coordinating between business and offshore team.

* Knowledge on Integrations with other system. (Soap and Rest based integrations)

* Experience on Salesforce Sales and Service process.

* Salesforce.com Certification (DEV-401) required.

* Experience on Oriented Design (SOA), Force.com developer toolkit technologies (including S-Controls, Apex, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Force.com Migration Tool, Flex toolkit for force.com, & Metadata APIs),  CSS, JavaScript, DHTML, HTML, XML, SDLC, SOAP, AJAX, and Java

* Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills
