Job Description:

 

* Stakeholder Alignment and engagement

* Drive all the discussions with stakeholders, on scope, roadmap etc

* Involve Proj Mgr at the right time of stakeholder engagement, ensure

all discussions are well translated into requirement/scope, with formal agreement with all stakeholders

 

Senior Program Manager with atleast 5 years program management experience

Experience with leading programs in large enterprise

Self motivated, self starter and flexible to contionuos environment

Experienced with roadmap, timeline, tracking, follow-up and execution to the delivery and support

Understands operations needs and able to translate business value into a story with ability drive the roadmap

Evolved organization skills

Exceptional Communication skills

Stanford Program Management certified or PMP certified  ( preferrable)

Experience in NPI process and product setup (would be great value add, but not must-have)
