Job Description:

 

•             Total experience of 18+ years out of which 10+ years of relevant experience in PeopleSoft area.

•             Working experience in People Soft – HR and Finance (9.1, 9.2) . Preferably on Finance.

•             Should have experience & in depth know how on PeopleSoft Architecture.

•             Should be well versed on the latest Trends in PSFT area like Mobility, PTF , Analytics etc.                                                           

•             Extremely good communication & customer interaction skills.           

•             Should have the ability to engage in detail conversation on aspects ranging from business needs & getting more value out of the application                  

•             Should have experience of having worked with client Architectural boards to establish the roadmap for the portfolio.

•             Experience in managing a big team size across geo's in the onsite- offshore model

•             Experience in managing production support & in handling PSFT projects

•             Should have experience in providing solution on PeopleSoft and building up multi year road map for client IT systems.
