-          Excellent communication skill where the resource should able to talk to multiple people to understand the requirement

-          The requirement should be converted into a training material using a tool (captivate tool.) which customer uses

-          The training material developed should be properly tested before delivery.

 

Not only skilled in Captivate but a very knowledgeable user of the tool (expert).  Having good communication skills (listening, clarifying and communicating) is very essential as well.
