Job Description

 

•          8-10 Years minimum experience in Information Technologies discipline

•          Familiarity working with HP Openview Service Center or equivalent incident or call management system

•          Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) or SLM methodologies

•          Strong coordination and responsiveness skills

•          Strong communication skills with IT groups/members and project managers

•          Strong Documentation skills

•          Over all experience of as highlighted above with Intermediate Knowledge of Exchange 2010

•          1-2 Years experience with Proofpoint version 6 and higher

•          Basic / Intermediate troubleshooting skills with Border Security products (Proofpoint/IronPort/BrightMail/Mailchannels)

•          Experience with SMTP & Sendmail MTA

•          Experience with Linux
