Role: Agile PLM Implementation Manager

 

Location: San Jose, CA

Duration: Fulltime

 

Mandatory Technical Skill:

 

·         Should have lead atleast 2 end to end PLM implementations in any of the well-known PLM products like Oracle Agile, Windchill or Teamcenter

• 15+ years of Project and Program Management experience dealing with large, complex enterprise program implementations

• Experience in integration of PLM with Supply Chain, ERP or CRM solutions

• Tracking budgeting/forecasting and key metrics and deliverables.

• Excellent organization, facilitation, coaching, interpersonal, change management, negotiation and communication skills to interact with all levels of company leadership.

• Leadership skills which influence beyond formal authority, proactively support activities within a matrix organization

• A high level of discipline, results-oriented management process, and a strong sense of responsibility and accountability are required. Experience in conflict intervention and resolution, together with a demonstrated ability to confront issues is also required.

• Should have experience and skill in managing external consulting partnerships through a collaborative approach to meet business needs
