·         Proactively Engage Customers to identify Business Process Improvement areas and suggest alternate solutions to deploy the improvement Capability creation within the organization both on the Domain and the Package.

·         Should be able to mentor a min of two projects simultaneously for solution design demonstrated advanced core consulting skills in one of the domains - Hitech/ Manufacturing/Telecom Mentor consulting and delivery staff contributing to their professional development.

·          Work with Business Development to participate in the bid process both in proposal preparation and client presentations creating differentiators is-a-via competition
