Job Description:

 

•             Assists with UNIX system related issues

•             May assist with account provisioning issues

•             Monitors servers for error conditions

•             Resolves hardware issues where indicated

•             Performs RMA processing, vendor liaison

•             May perform hardware/software upgrades or Jumpstart

Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues

 

Working knowledge of one or more of the following disciplines:

•             UNIX, Linux, Solaris, Oracle systems support

•             UNIX/Perl scripting
