Key Skills:

• Around 6+ years of experience in Deployment, Integration & Testing of Cisco Hosted Collaboration solutions such as VOIP, Unified Communication Systems.
• Experience in Cisco UC Systems & Cloud based Hosted delivery networks
• Strong understanding of various industry standards like H.323, ISDN PRI/BRI, IP, G.711/G.728/G.729, AAC RAS, SIP, MGCP, SCCP), QOS, TDM (T1 CAS, T1 PRI, E1)
• Experience in Reporting, Release management &  Test management
• Hardware Systems: TelePresence (CTS, CTSM, CTMS), MeetingPlace 8106, 8112, and PCI.  MCS servers, Cisco Routers and Switches.
• Application: Cisco TelePresence Exchange (CTX) System, CUCM, CUMP, CUMPE, CUP, UNITY, Presence, CUCDM, Vcenter, Cisco Prime Collaboration manager
• Telephony: VOIP (H323, RAS, SIP, MGCP, SCCP), QOS, TDM (T1 CAS, T1 PRI, E1)
• Tools:  sniffer trace, SBC traces, CUCM traces, CTS/CTSM/CTMS/CTX logs and traces

·         Preferred: CCIE Voice, Routing & Switching

·         Preferred : MCSE Microsoft Certified System Engineer

·         Required: CTCS – Cisco Certified TelePresence Specialist

·         Required: CCNA – Routing and Switching

·         Required: CCNA – Voice
