Job Description:

 

Provide leadership in semantic modeling for business and operational applications

Work with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to acquire and validate knowledge in client-consulting engagements

Manage teams to capture and model facts and concepts using primarily a bottom-up approach

Understand and have a clear point-of-view on developing standards and practices in Semantic Modeling and Linked Data

Bridge client-facing requirements modeling and technical implementation of models to drive applications by developing test scenarios and competency questions

 

Ø  Ability to build and integrate models vertically and horizontally

Ø  Extensive experience in OWL, RDF, SPARQL, ontology engineering, inferencing and rules

Ø  Experience in both concept and fact modeling

Ø  Experience with model-driven applications

Ø  Documentation and presentation skills

 

Desirable

 

Ø  Background in Object Oriented programming, web services, and relational modeling

Ø  Background in banking and/or finance

 Ø  IT services and/or consulting
