Location: Omaha, NE

Technical Requirements

·         Experience of minimum 4 to 7 years experience

·         Worked as Quality Engineer for 2 large projects (High)

·         Must have applied/Scripting experience in Automation Testing ( Selenium/Fitnesse ) etc

·         Must have working knowledge of Quality Center 9.0 or higher (High)

·         Good understanding on QA process and test strategies (Medium)

·         Experience in automation of test execution activities (Medium)

·         Experience in managing and maintaining test cases and defect data in Quality Center

·         Experience with software configuration management/revision control systems (SVN)

·         Exposure on test plans and understands the defect life cycle (Medium)

·         Experience in writing and executing test cases for functional or non-functional requirements (High)

·         Run regressions, Debug regressions failures, file bugs early in release

 

 

Non-Technical Requirements

·         Should have worked on Onshore/offshore model

·         Strong communications & presentation skills working with development teams

·         Ability to provide technical skills and execute based on high level direction.

·         Should be process oriented and drive it among teams

·         Self starter and sets high standards for the quality of their deliverables

·         Report timely project status to QA Analyst

·         Creative and thinks out of box
