             An experienced consultant or firm to assist us in design and implementation of Nagios

o             (Currently deployed at four sites with limited capabilities)

             Evaluate and audit OWM monitoring/Alert and automation gaps

             Architect advanced monitoring solutions

o             Need to design a L1 NOC monitoring dashboard/event screen

             Integrating Nagios with other monitoring/alert solutions

             Customizing Nagios to fit OWM specific (Infra & Apps) needs

             Developing best practices for different monitoring scenarios

             Document and build step by step process of implementing alerts and their actionable items 

             Help develop playbooks (to take actions when thresholds reached)

             Troubleshooting performance issues
