Lab Support Engineer

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Redmond, WA           

 

Total Requirements = 14 head count with split of skills as below

 

Mobile Network Engineer lab support:

 

·         Knowledge of 3GPP Mobility Specifications applicable to Mobility Nodes . Working knowledge of mobility nodes (MSC, BSC, RNC, BTS, NodeB, HLR, STP, MSN/DACS

 

Routing & Switching lab support engineer:

 

·         Upgrade code OA&M  L2switches

·         Upgrade code on NDC L2switches.

·         Manage one off cable requests

·         Cable cleanup requests

·         Verify & close tickets

·         Swap cables

·         Run tests as needed (port shutdown..)

·         Fix errors created by RTB

·         Check fibers

·         Moving hardware

·         Verify hardware

·         Swap cables      

·         Move and update tickets

·         Check Vlan setup

 

Sim provisioning:

 

·         SIM provisioning

·         Push tickets to correct queue

·         SIM tickets

·         SIM management
