Description:

 

-          Background in HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance.

-          5+ years of experience in a HCM (Human Capital Management) lead consulting role.

-          Create and maintain requirements documentation, work with Workforce for all pre-requisites.

-          Configuration of system components and provide product and subject matter expertise.

-          Logical and technical mindset that is able to analyze requirements, problems and propose/ build solution.

-          Experience conducting technology training sessions.

-          Experience in implementing and training Workforce Management software including Time and Attendance and ACT module.
