Job Description :
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to our customer
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Forecast and track key metrics and SLA’s
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with CRM to ensure growth attainment
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
- Oversee the implementation of Program and underlying business and test strategy
- Ensure the work effort achieves outcomes mentioned in contract
- Test schedule management
- Stakeholder management
- Track, prioritize issues, risks
- Co-ordinate with BA, Dev, UAT and business teams
Requirements:
- Strong test management/Project management experience, preferably in general insurance domain
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
