Project Manager – IT Infrastructure
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: Long Term

Job Description: Responsible for all aspects of delivery and serves as the single-point of contact for assigned programs/projects. Manage and coordinate activities for multiple projects for the corporate IT security department. Responsible for ensuring project deliverables are on time, on budget, on scope and on value. Position will be located in downtown Dallas, TX.
Key responsibilities:
· Interact with Program leadership, project teams and stakeholders to drive project objectives
· Manages activities for assigned programs/projects including:
- Activity sequencing and planning
- Resource planning and management
- Project scheduling
- Financial/budget management
- Quality control
- Risk/issue management
- Scope/project change management
· Manage project/program using defined company PMO processes and procedures
· Manage project intersections and dependencies with stakeholder groups across IT and the company (e.g. Infrastructure, Architecture, IT operations, etc.)
· Provide excellent communication skills, and be able to effectively handle project communication across the project team, stakeholders, and across the company
· Interact as needed with service providers and vendors, 3rd parties, etc.
· Coordinate and facilitate multiple IT security projects across different security technology solutions, managing execution across individual active projects within a larger program
· Manage all project documentation, create key project deliverables (project initiation, scope management, issues lists, sub-team status reports, communications and communication plans, project plans, resource planning, RACI, budget, documentation, specifications)
· Assist with project close, create and/or ensure operational support documentation and transition to operations is successful.
Required Experience/Skills:
· 7-10 years Project Management experience
· PMP Certification
· Demonstrated experience with IT infrastructure projects.
· Experience in some of the following areas:
- IT Infrastructure
- O365 Implementation
- DC migration activities
- DR Build
· Should be ready to travel within Texas
· Ability to support and work in a diverse team environment with stakeholders, SMEs, vendor partners and external expert consultants
· Experience coordinating multiple projects across multiple teams and managing associated budgets
· Strong writing and communication skills, ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively
· Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
