Location: Cupertino, CA

Duration: 6+ Months

Rate: Market

 

Description:

 

-Test Design & Execution Skills – Design and execute performance tests with an understanding of functional and non-functional requirements to provide high value, high accuracy results

-Hardware Knowledge – Good understanding of concepts of latency, memory and CPU utilization, multi-threading, cache, memory management

-Ability to understand complex system architectures and come up with creative solutions to performance problems

-Working knowledge of SQL

-Strong understanding of modern databases system architecture (OLAP, OLTP, noSQL)

-Strong knowledge of one or more programming languages (e.g. Python, Perl, ABAP, Java, C++)

-Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS and *nix based operating systems

 

Nice to have :

-Knowledge of algorithm performance, O-Notation

-Experience in using Performance automation tools like - Loadrunner and Open Source test tools

-Oracle DB performance, SQL tuning and system administration

-SAP Functional Expertise
