Job Description:

 

5 to 7 yrs as Business Analyst

We are looking for an individual who comes with a strong background on the BCM process especially on the following areas:

•       Transfer pricing

o       Transfer mechanism/rates prevalent for the array of financial instruments catered by the Bank

o       Deep understanding on the major sources of Bank’s margins viz the spread earned on interests/liabilities, spread earned or lost due to interest rate exposure/prepayment etc

•       Profitability management

o       In-depth understanding on how Banks compute profitability by account/products/BU’s/channels/geographies/market segments

o       Risk adjusted performance management aspects

Analytics/metrics which the Banks are typically looking from a MIS perspective

This consultant would help in guiding & coaching/mentoring the bank on the options available, providing insights on how the other banks have dealt with the same & also support the Application consultants during the engagement.
