Responsibilities:

 

  • Working with Direct Client Requirements for US Clients
  • Proficient with US Tax Terms like W2, Corp 2 Corp / C2C, 1099.
  • Working on W2 and Fulltime IT or Engineering requirements
  • Experience in complete recruitment life cycle in IT.
  • Working experience with Job Portals (dice / monster / techfetch), LinkedIn.
  • Must have proficiency with web-based resume search, posting engines.
  • Full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, debrief and close candidates for technical positions.
  • Have a thorough understanding of nature of job opening and explain it to the candidate during phone screen

 

 

US IT Recruiter for System Integrator Requirements

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Experience working for System Integrators such as WIPRO, Tech Mahindra, TCS, Mphasis, Cognizant,.. etc.,  
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to find common ground in negotiations.
  • Experience with high volume recruiting.
  • Negotiating rate/ hr aspects (W2 & Corp-Corp) with US Citizens, GC, EAD. etc.
  • Proficient with US Tax Terms like W2, Corp 2 Corp / C2C, 1099.
  • Create a strong Candidate/Vendor database.
  • Full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, debrief and close candidates for technical positions.
  • Have a thorough understanding of nature of job opening and explain it to the candidate during phone screen

  • Related experience in a staffing/recruiting role
  • Should have experience of hiring for Fulltime positions in US.
  • Negotiating the salary with US Citizens, GC, EAD.
  • Create a strong candidate database for fulltime.
  • Experienced in sourcing from Multiple Job Boards like Dice, Monster, TechFetch, LinkedIn
  • Full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, debrief and close candidates for technical positions.
  • Have a thorough understanding of nature of job opening and explain it to the candidate during phone screen
