• Responsible for configuring business applications using Pega PRPC.
• Develops and demonstrates an good knowledge of the PRPC Features
• Responsible for developing and testing PRPC application.
• Responsible for making sure that the code configuration in Pega is in line with the detailed design.
• Participates in the requirement analysis, construction and testing of the Pega application module
Experience and Skills:
• 2 - 4 years of IT project implementation
• 2+ years experience in implementation of PRPC-based solutions,
• Experience in working on projects using iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycles
• Experience in client side technologies like HTML, Java Script, CSS
• Should be Pega CSA certified

 

Pega Project Manager

Contract / Full Time
Role and Responsibility

• Responsible for Delivery management on Pega development projects  
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
• Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
Experience and Skills:
• Total experience of 8+ with minimum 3 years experience on BPM platforms
• Should have experience of 2 years on handling Pega implementations while managing a team of 20+ associates
• Good to Have: PMP, Prince 2 or Scrum Master certification
• Good to Have: Pega CPBA, Pega CSA
• Experience with iterative and Scrum based methodology.

 

 

Pega Lead System Architect Certified.

Role and Responsibility
• Manage and ensure quality standards of Pega implementations.
• Meeting and Managing engagement with Enterprise Architects.
• Responsible for architecting and designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks.
• Provides architecture and design guidance to project teams developing BPM/BRE solutions using Pega
• Lead the discussions and initiatives on integration of other applications with Pega based application.
• Estimate and Size the requirements for Pega implementation; highlight dependencies for the solution on other applications.
• Works in conjunction with Program Manager to size, manage scope and risk

Experience and Skills:
Pega CLSA certified.
• Relevant experience of 7+ years in Pega developing applications.
• Have experience of technically leading the application development for atleast 2 sizeable Pega solutions.
• Has experience of leading consulting assignments related to Pega fitment assessment.
• Have extensive experience in leading inception and elaboration exercises with business and technical stakeholders in defining PRPC solutions for complex business requirements.
• Strong experience scoping, planning and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycles; and using agile Scrum methodology.

Role and Responsibility
• Leading and assisting in the identification and definition of requirements, use cases, process flows, screen flows, and user interfaces
• Interact with and communicate product requirements to architects, engineers, development managers, product managers, testers, and other stakeholders
• Maintain and Manage the scope of requirements for the Pega application/platform.
• Work with Development Managers, Program Managers, and Architects in scoping and sizing of projects.
• Responsible for translating customer business objectives and requirements into requirement specifications and Use Cases.

 Experience and Skills:
• Adept at using DCO for Pega application business requirement capture
• Has expertise in iterative and Scrum based agile methodologies
• Possess advanced understanding of PRPC architecture, tools, and frameworks
• Experience in Pega projects as a business analyst for large-scale projects and programs
• Pega Certified Business Architect
• 8+ years of experience in the IT industry as a Business Analyst of which 5+ should be in Pega implementation projects as a Business Architect.

MUST HAVE

¿ 4+ years of PEGA experience with Bachelors / Masters in computer science

¿ CSA or CSSA certification

¿ PEGA Case management

¿ SQL/PLSQL

¿ XML, XML parsing and XSD

¿ Java/J2EE or other Object Oriented Programming experience / strong knowledge

¿ PEGA debugging experience (Agents, SMA, Tracer etc.)

¿ Strong communication and analytical skills

¿ Hands on work experience with designing and developing PEGA solutions and integrations with other systems

¿ Solid fundamentals in Core Java & Object Oriented concepts
