• Experience in Cisco Tele-presence Systems & Cloud based video delivery networks
• Strong understanding of various industry standards like H.264/H.265/H.263, H.320/323, ISDN PRI/BRI, IP, G.711/G.728/G.729, AAC
• Experience in Reporting, Release management & Test management
• Hardware Systems: TelePresence (CTS, CTSM, CTMS), MeetingPlace 8106, 8112, and PCI. MCS servers, Cisco Routers and Switches.
• Application: Cisco TelePresence Exchange (CTX) System, CUCM, CUMP, CUMPE
• Telephony: VOIP (H323, RAS, SIP, MGCP, SCCP), QOS, TDM (T1 CAS, T1 PRI, E1)
• Tools: sniffer trace, SBC traces, CUCM traces, CTS/CTSM/CTMS/CTX logs and traces
