Activities and Deliverables

•                    Will be involved in full product/software development life cycle

•                    Work closely with tech lead, team members and managers on design, development and deployment

•                    Create software development Artifacts

•                    Interact and collaborate with members of various department in the company (Product Development, IT Operations, Technical Services, Quality Assurance, PMO)

 

Qualifications

•                    Must have strong experience in design and development using .NET technologies in web environment

•                    Must have ability to develop framework/reusable components using C#

•                    Must excel in a fast-paced, lean, entrepreneurial work environment

 

Required Skills

•                    4-year Bachelor's degree in technical field preferably in Computer Science

•                    5+ years of over software development experience with at least 3 years of design, development and deployment of applications having in-depth knowledge of web technologies/techniques

•                    2+ years development experience in a Microsoft web environment comprised of ASP.NET, C#, WCF, HTML/DHTML, AJAX, Web Services and JavaScript

•                    Strong Transact SQL and general DBA experience with MS SQL Server 2000/2005/2008, i.e., stored procedures, DTS, SQL jobs, data loading and manipulation

•                    Must have ability to conduct Performance Tuning, Testing, and Benchmarking of system processes

•                    Familiarity with IIS hosting and administration

•                    Must be detail oriented, team player, flexible with excellent oral and written communication skills

·         Play an active role in team and company-wide architecture discussions

·         Play an active role in key architecture and implementation decisions

·         Interact regularly with Management to communicate status on milestones and impacts of technical hurdles

·         Strong analytical skills with excellent problem solving ability

•                    Experience designing for scalability, reliability and performance

Preferred Skills

•                    Flash, Silverlight experience
