Job Description:

 

·         Working experience in production support as L2 Engineer in 24/7 support with

·         Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills

·         Strong knowledge in productions support process, interact with users and different technical teams

·         Able to do quick Root cause analysis for production issues and if required able to delegate application development team.

·         Exposure to ITIL process ( Not required to have certification)

·         Strong working experience (2-3 Years) in Microsoft Web technologies ( IIS and .Net Application)

·         Candidate has experience to other middleware flavours like apache, tocmat (Middleware stack) and able to learn other technologies stack are preferred.

 

Desired Candidate Profile

·         Over all 4+ years of experience in application production support

·         Onsite experience in US carrying out similar role and responsibility
