1) Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering – Experience 5-7 years
2) Domain:
a) Construction equipment design:
-) Light structure design: operator access system, hood & fender support structure design etc.
-) Heavy structure: Chassis design for tractors/trucks etc.,
-) Sub assembly Packaging: Eg:- Cylinder packaging, transmission box packaging with chassis etc.
-) Good knowledge in GD &T & Manufacturing drawings
-) Basic knowledge in Value Engineering and NPD processes
-) Basic understanding of structural analysis (FEA)
3) CAD Tool: Pro Engineer Wild fire version 2/3/4/5 any one is preferred & PDM-Windchill
-) Solid & Sheet Metal modeling, Drawing & assembly creation.
