Location: Chicago, IL

Job Description:

 

·         10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years of program management in Microsoft technologies.

·         At least 1-2 years of experience in managing any migration program specifically from legacy to MS Azure Cloud services. Experience with Re-Engineering projects.

·         Good communication skills with ability to understand and ensure customer requirements are understood and properly actioned.

·         Thorough understanding of the modernization process, application qualification, modernization treatments/methods.

·         Knowledge of Pricing and Estimation methods using standard estimation templates

·         Hands on knowledge of Development and Test processes including agile methodologies and agile project management.

·         Ability to manage various stakeholders in an engagement

·         Experience in working with onsite – offshore team model is preferable

·         Expertise in Program/Project Management tools

·         Issues and Risk Management and reporting

·         Ability to resolve conflicts and ensure compliance of company and customer related processes

·         Well versed with change management, contract management and resource management
