UI Developer

 

Location: Cupertino, CA

Duration: 6+ Months

Rate: Market

 

Duties and Responsibilities 

 

Design and Develop complex UI solutions using Javascript MV framework 

Create, develop and document new custom libraries. 

Work with other business and development teams when required for testing and issue resolution.    

 

Required Skills 

 

Experience developing responsive, modern HTML5 web based applications 

Demonstrable object­oriented and functional Javascript programming skills  ­ Practical experience consuming JSON web services 

Familiarity with jQuery, React,js, angular.js, Can.js

Practical experience with dependency management systems including AMD, and CommonJS 

Some NodeJS development experience, general NodeJS functional ability 

Practical experience with GIT version control 

Strong communication skills including experience with ticketing systems such as Jira, Github, Bugzilla,  etc 

Proven estimation ability and a solid track record of project delivery   

 

Required Experience  ­ 

 

BS in related field or equivalent work experience, plus additional 5 years related experience.    

 

Preferred Experience  ­ 

 

Experience working on Ext JS or Can JS or Bone JS  ­ Working in a Unix/Linux environment.  ­ Working knowledge with source version control software (CVS, SVN).
