Job Description –

Required Skills:

-          Strong Core Java 1.7 with solid understanding of collections, generics, concurrency, JAXP, JAXB, and JAX-WS

-          Must have used Apache Jena library in projects

-          Reactive programming with Akka.io or some other similar framework

-          Knowledge of Semantic technologies like RDF, OWL, SPARQL, Ontologies

-          Must have developed RESTful services and deployed in production

-          Good Software engineering skills – including design patterns, unit tests, profiling, debugging, working with Source Code Control Systems, Continuous Integration

-          Comfortable working in Agile development teams

     

 

Desired Skills:

-          Development with Scala – or some other functional language

-          Worked with Semantic MediaWiki

-          Metadata management in a large enterprise environment

-          FIBO

-          UML Modeling

-          Worked with MagicDraw
