Description:

The solution architect will work with application architects and business analysts to define the server, network, and xml appliance functional requirements from the business requirements. This position will collaborate with GS Solution Architects, PC Middleware Architects, and operational leads to evaluate, design, and approve all infrastructure changes.  In addition, this role will collaborate with production support and GS in capacity planning. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills are a must.
Position Requirements
Related degree with good experience.
¿ Ten years¿ experience in network and server design
¿ Advanced knowledge on infrastructure technologies supporting e Commerce
¿ Expertise of Wintel VM platforms
¿ Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
¿ Ability to lead and facilitate design sessions with application architects, developers, business analysts, and users
¿ Strong presentation skills
¿ Strong written and verbal communication skills
