1. Experience as a US Technical Recruiter.

2. Experience working on W2 / 1099 / C2C Tax Terms

3. Negotiation Skills

4 Experience of interviewing US candidates and providing staffing services to clients

5.Experience in complete recruitment life cycle in IT.

6.Ability to understand the technical requirements and quickly present the profiles in time.

7. Handling entire recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, target hunting, negotiating and recruiting candidates on international platforms.

8. Must have good communication (Written & oral), negotiation, presentation & team building skills.

9. Experience in Usage of portals like Dice, Monster & CareerBuilder, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals, cold calls and direct mailing & resume.

10. Negotiating & finalizing salary / rate / hr aspects (W2 & Corp-Corp & 1099 ) with H1B , U.S. Citizens, GC etc.,

11. Achieve Targets.

12 Team player with leadership skills

Qualification :

Looking for minimum 6 Months+ experience to any high level experience in US recruitment .

Candidate should be ready to work in US Shifts

 Good communication is must.
