Location: Nashville, TN

Duration: 3+ Months

Rate: Market

 

Required Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology.
• Significant (5+ years of) experience in solution and service selling, and client servicing.
• Good understanding of the consumer lending space in the U.S.
• Good understanding of technology platforms and tools, and ability to understand client issues and work with the Delivery team to craft solutions.
• Strong client/customer service focus.

·         Relational database (SQL Server/Oracle) experience, the ability to write basic database queries and understand relationships between tables

·         Ability to read and understand object oriented programming languages such as VisualBasic, C#, vbscript, javascript.

·         Use Case Documentation a plus

·         Microsoft Project experience is a plus

 

Job Description:

·         Must have demonstrated ability and maturity to build relationships with senior managers at the client organization and effectively take care of their business needs.

·         Effectively communicate NetOxygen functionality and business architecture.

·         Act as the liaison among stakeholders to encourage innovation for process improvements and system enhancements that result in increased automation, productivity, satisfaction and data consistency.

·         Work with project stakeholders to elicit business requirements and ensure the implementation complies with user and business specifications.

·         Need prior experience of working in an onsite/off-shore global delivery model.

·         Ensure high customer satisfaction by working closely with the Program Managers and achieve committed service quality norms.

·         Work closely with delivery functions in ensuring successful execution of projects, allowing complete tracking of the engagement against agreed business parameters.

·         Ability to handle many client accounts.

·         Ensure business requirements are complete and proper approvals are obtained.

·         Participate in production system roll out at customer site.

·         Ability to travel to client sites as required.   Estimated 40% travel (approximately two days per week).

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills

·         High level of attention to detail

·         Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks at one time

·         Flexibility to shift priorities on an as needed basis

·         Self starter with strong work ethic; outgoing, eager, and able to work in a high intensity environment
