·         Very good understanding of Partitions, bucketing concepts in Hive and designed both Managed and External tables in Hive for optimized performance

·         Develop scripts and batch job to schedule a bundle (group of coordinators), which consists of various Hadoop programs using Oozie.

·         Configured MySQL Database to store Hive metadata.

·         Works with ETL workflow, analysis of big data and loaded them into Hadoop cluster

·         Experienced on adding/installation of new components and removal of them through Ambari.

·         Monitored workload, job performance and capacity planning

 

Other Desired Qualifications but not compulsory

·         Certified in Hortonworks Admin

·         Experience working on other Hadoop Platform

·         Experience on ETL tool Infowork

·         Experience with R, Python, Scala

·         Understanding of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence advanced analytics

·         Healthcare Domain knowledge
