Location: Richmond, VA

Job Description:

 

• Building/Consuming API integrations (REST, SOAP)

• Advanced Microsoft .NET knowledge

• Advanced SQL and Data Modeling knowledge

• Major RDBMS development experience

 

Must haves:

 

• Exposure to Azure Data Management solutions

• Working knowledge of other forms of data integration (ex. API, ETL)

• Knowledge or exposure to Digital Marketing

• Basic understanding of Teradata

• Familiarity with DevOps practices

• Ability to challenge the status quo and champion new methods and technology

 

 

Nice to haves:

 

? Proven experience leveraging existing software, development of reusable components, and elimination of redundancy in designs

? Experience designing end-to-end systems, from the top to the bottom of the stack

? Experience in the design & deployment of complex SQL objects and relational databases design

? Experience with data storage solutions, including data migration, scripting, and data security

? Experience in reviewing and mentoring the successful work of others in evaluating the business objectives, developing user requirements and generating technical specifications

Could you serve as a technical leader for the team?

? Proven ability to mentor developers in best practices, procedures, and concepts

? Ability to steer the relevant development and support tasks of several other associates

? Ability to drive through obstacles and time constraints to successfully deliver a project to completion

? Demonstrated ability to deliver solutions through building consensus in both business and technical perspectives

? Ability to drive efficient resolution for system outages as well as performance and functional shortcomings

? Provides constructive feedback during code reviews and ensures best practices are adhered to
