·         Strong understanding of entire development process, specification and documentation Knowledge of Web sphere MQ and Message broker (configuring MQ, developing broker flows, deployment to broker.

·         Work with the Solution/BPM Architect to come up with the Application/Integration low level design.

·         Assist in preparation of the design document and implementation of the business process .

·         Incorporate code reviews feedback & adhere to functional and technical requirements .

·         Integration Services, Rules, Processes, Dashboards, etc.

·         Hands-on experience on IBM BPM Basic Administration Ability to operate DDL, DML commands, write basic-intermediate SQL procedures (good to have) Analysis skills to conceptualize workflows and translate them into BPMN specification.

·         Ability to operate UNIX environment Lombardi Architect Expertise in designing BPM solutions using IBM BPM Lombardi.

·         Ideal candidate would be able to comprehend the business problem and design appropriate processes using the IBM BPM tool.10+ years of experience in BPM. Good communication skills

Client has already implemented Salesforce. Need a solid salesforce developer who has to customize and develop few of the screens to enhance user experience.

 

Resource must be genuine with lot of technical development experience (4+ Years in Salesforce). Any exp. working with manufacturing client is a PLUS !

 

Salesfroce candidate must have whole end to end Salesforce implementation exp. and must some Integration exp. with SAP ERP… client is trying to integrate various SAP modules into their New Salesforce.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, configure, and develop custom code/objects using the Salesforce.com\Force.com developer toolkit; develop custom objects, triggers, and workflows in Salesforce\Force environment; develop web services API integrations with other systems including Salesforce.com, home grown production systems, and vendor applications; provide guidance and best practices around Salesforce.com solutions; provide creative architecture and coding solutions to help the business; participate in the full application life cycle from design to development, testing, deployment, and support of Salesforce application; identify and document data and application integration requirements; interact with the business user community to help correctly scope Salesforce\Force.com implementations; assist in the architecting and development of future state plans regarding the Salesforce.com\Force.com capabilities.

 

3+ years’ experience in Salesforce.com design, configuration, and custom development; 2+ years’ of object oriented development skills, preferably integrating with SAP; experience with functional elements of Sales Cloud, Service Could, Marketing Cloud, and Chatter; experience in integrating Salesforce.com\ Force.com with relational databases; proficiency in Salesforce.com development including custom objects, workflows, and triggers; proficiency in Salesforce.com development environment including Apex, triggers, VisualForce, Force.com IDE, migration tools, SOSQL, and web services; experience with enterprise integration to Salesforce.com; experience with data loader and migration/ETL tools; experience with Salesforce integration; ability to resolve issues related to the Salesforce.com platform; solid knowledge of both business and IT processes; proficiency in developing and executing test scenarios; strong analytical skills and technical expertise; ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems; and ability to work independently on development projects.
