Location: Dearborn, MI

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 2+ years of experience in Automotive or manufacturing retail sales processes and applications
• 3+ years of increasing responsibility as a Sr. Business System Analyst in Automotive or Manufacturing industry.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst.
• Demonstrated ability to break down and analyze multi-dimensional business and technical issues. Experience in integrating information from a variety of resources, formats and systems.
• Familiarity with Web request/response, XML and Java is required as the person have to look into code to validate/expand the functional requirement.
• 2+ years' experience in creating Use cases
• 5+ years of working on multiple large complex system integration projects within a heavy technical environment

• Works independently receiving minimal direction
• Strong verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to independently and successfully lead and/or facilitate discussions with key business and technical stakeholders
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business functionality and opportunities into clear, precise and easy-to-read functional specifications

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• At least 1- 2 years working in an Agile Scrum environment. Direct experience in agile project management methodologies; specifically, converting requirements into user stories and grooming/ managing the product backlog along with or on behalf of the product owner.
• Technical skill writing/using SQL Queries, Excel, Visio

EDUCATION: 

• University degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Automotive or Manufacturing field.
