• Attend the department meetings
• Visiting supplier’s plant to become familiar with their manufacturing process

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Master’s is a plus
• 5-7 years automotive related wiring harness experience at either OEM or supplier level
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong teamwork skills
• Good analytical skills
• Good Supplier management skills
• Willing to learn and apply new technologies used in Automotive Industry

Preferred Qualifications (In addition to required)

Key Position Statistics:

 

·         7+ years of experience working with full SDLC both in waterfall & Agile

·         3+ years’ experience with Automation development using Selenium/Cucumber, ATDD,Jenkins

·         3+ yrs of experience as a developer using Java, Javascript

·         Experience in Mobile Automation - Good to have

·         Experience in Automation framework implemenation

·         Good understanding and knowledge of  QA methodology, process, tools and techniques

·         Experience in participating in SCRUM team as a test engineer

·         Hands-on experience with Test Cycle management tools like JIRA & ALM

·         Working knowledge of CI(Continuous Integration) tools like Jenkins/Bamboo

·         Experience in testing SOAP/REST services

·         Should be detail oriented and be able to look into issues from end-user/customer perspective

·         Must be able to collaboratively work with BSA/Developers and proactively identify defects during iteration/sprints
