Description:

•             Knowledge Oracle and Sonus Session Border Controllers (SBCs) , Gateways and VOIP related technologies.

•             Troubleshoot and fix production SBC call routing issues and deploy during maintenance window.

•             Install, configure, Route and troubleshoot IMS voice networks utilizing multivendor Servers and Gateways.

•             Voice Network solution architecture, implementation of multi-site configurations in SIP, IP & TDM environments and Technical support.

•             Client interface and Vendor Coordination on VOIP solutions.

•             Develop Test Cases, analyze the results of tests and interaction with team members in fixing the errors.

•             Exposure to various call flows in SIP and SS7-ISUP.

•             Experience with Linux and Automation using Shell/python Scripts.

•             911 Call routing on SBC and support Emergency Services IP Network (NENA i3 ESINet) solution design and Proof of Concept.

 

  Out of all these ,Session Border Controller(SBC) and Session Initiation Protocol(SIP) knowledge and experience are  mandatory.
