Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: Fulltime

Salary: Market

 

Experience deploying:

 

1) VOIP Call solutions - should be able to configure call flows, trouble call flow issues, trouble shoot dropped calls, configure reporting etc. We are using Fuze - Fuze experience nice to have. 1- 2 years.

2) Experience with Single Sign-on solutions. Should be able to configure software, trouble shoot. 1- 2 years. We are using Okta. Experience with Okta a plus.

3) Router  / firewall experience. We are implementing an SDWAN solution. Must know or learn SDWAN technology and trouble shoot and lead implantation.

4) Local Wi-Fi Solution. Devices depend on Wi-Fi. Need experience troubleshooting Wi-Fi connectivity issues.

5) Linux experience - knowledge and learning

6) Mobile Device Management - we are using Airwatch. This person will manage all mobile devices.

9) Pay 26 pay periods per year

10) Requires up to 30% travel

11) Reporting location Dallas

12) Compensation target $ 25 ,000 to $ 35,000  per year
