Location: Detroit, MI

Job Description:

 

•         Expertise in designing applications in Liferay with at least 3+ year experience is required on Liferay V6.2

•         Should have experience with configuration/customization of Liferay Portal and Strong experience with Liferay MVC

•         Experience in portal & web content management architecture

•         Excellent knowledge of Java & J2EE Technologies (Servlets, JSP) and Web technologies (HTML, CSS and JAVA SCRIPT

•         Hands on experience on portlets and Liferay web services implementation

•         Should be able to understand business requirements and translate to information architecture/software development

•         Experience of working in an Agile based delivery model. 

•         Integration technologies with other applications

•         Experience in performance tuning to achieve strict SLA's

•         Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

•         Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities
