Here is the JD:

 

Do not have a formal JD, however based on client discussions, below is how the JD should look like:

 

1. Onsite QA Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience

 

2. Should be able to actively lead the change path and assist client in strategizing the “next” model

 

3. Able to proactively work with client in QA framework designing and cost reducing techniques

 

4. Must have worked in Agile methodology

 

5. Must be a “leader” (lead the way) as compared to a “order taker”

 

6. Able to lead the offshore team and ensure the completeness of the deliverables

 

7. Skills with Fitnesse, Cucumber, or jBehave, along with Spec Flow.

 

8. Must have worked with Selenium tool

 

9. Experienced in both Automated testing as well as Manual Testing

 

10. Able to interact with client with good verbal and written English
