Job Description

Core responsibilities include:

- Identify, assess and document business requirements

- Effectively translate business requirements into value-added, comprehensive solutions and test plans using appropriate processes, procedures and technology

- Develop use cases to explain & demonstrate business and functional requirements specifications to the technology team

- Contribute a business/process perspective during design reviews and entire project lifecycle to ensure that deliverables meet business needs

- Assist Quality Management team to ensure that requirements documentation accurately translate into test plans and test cases

- Provide relevant test scenarios to ensure that testing results correspond to the business expectations

- Facilitate implementation of new functionality through training sessions, demos, and the development of training manuals

 

Required Skills:

- Bachelor's Degree required

- 3-5 years of Business Analysis experience

- Experience in SQL, Unix, and Messaging preferred

- Credit Risk background preferred

- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Strong client focus, organizational, time management, and decision making skills

- Ability to be flexible, organize, and prioritize work

- Ability to work independently

- Experience and/or understanding of business process modeling, business systems development and analysis

 

- Basic understanding of the company's business practices and familiarity with the company's products and services
