Job Title: Archer GRC Consultant

Responsibilities:

Consultant provides technical and consultative leadership for Consulting technical solutions opportunities on a range of complex engagements, focused on RSA's Archer GRC offering. Responsibilities may include analyzing requirements, implementation, customization, integration and documentation for the customer, project management, change management, etc. Works closely with Sales, pre-sales, project managers, other consulting personnel , and the customer to ensure a smooth implementation and transition from start-up to integration/production mode. Has ability to lead solution and proposal development once project goals and objectives have been defined.

• Owns and leads project quality assurance activities across multiple projects and solutions
• Extracts requirements from business and understands technical and business impact of those requirements. Validates requirements, prototyping and functionality design and oversees creation and quality of proposals that address current and evolving client requirements.
• Provides issue resolution as point of contact for technical questions; leads code reviews, testing processes, and certification of software; facilitates client and internal meetings; presents architecture and design solutions.
• Manages large team engagement. Defines deliverables for SOW and engagement team. Supervises multiple teams and projects and provides career counseling for multiple consulting projessionals. Plans implementations and advances strategies for new initiatives. Projects practice area revenue targets, chargeability and other aspects. Provides part time SME support to other projects in addition to current ones.
• Proven experience in successfully managing all aspects of projects, including delivery margin, project planning, SOW adherence, with multiple work streams and customer interface.
• Actively drives technology solutions and prepares compelling propositions within senior dilient environment. Awareness of stakeholders and ability to use this influence outcomes.
• Ability to effectively support business development and deliver at the same time.

 

Qualifications:

• Thorough understanding of enterprise security best practices and procedures.
• Strong Knowledge of GRC and other information security topics, system architecture and Internet technology.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are required.
• Ability to motivate and rally a team is essential.
• Strong knowledge of information security topics and Internet technology.
• Ability to act independently and exercise good judgment as well as the ability to work cross functionally and create virtual teams is essential.
• Ability to establish and accomplish goals.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• 10+ years of experience delivering software or business consulting services.
• Minimum of 7 years of related experience in information security.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISA or CISM desired.
• Experience managing enterprise software application deployments (CRM, ERP experience).
