Position: 1

 

Experience:  2 – 3 years of Windchill PLM

 

Skills & Expertise –

 

•          Working experience on Windchill, PDMLINK, PROJECTLINK and ProE on 9 or higher version

•          Should be able to provide L1 and L2 support to customers

•          Expertise on PTC Windchill administration & rehosting on Windchill

•          Install and configure Windchill & its components

•          Perform changes in Windchill application at multi-site level

•          Product defect analysis and RCA analysis

•          Work/co-ordinate with PTC Tech Support team and cross functional teams

Experience of PERL scripting & Unix shell scripting and automation

 

Position: 2

 

Experience:  6 – 8 years of Windchill PLM

 

Skills & Expertise –

 

•          Working experience on Windchill, PDMLINK, PROJECTLINK and ProE on 9 or higher version

•          Should be able to provide L1 and L2 support to customers

•          Expertise on PTC Windchill administration & re-hosting

•          Install and configure Windchill & its components

•          Functional and Technical support of Windchill application

•          Perform changes in Windchill application at multi-site level

•          Provide solutions for product defects and enhancements

•          Work/co-ordinate with PTC Tech Support team and cross functional teams

•          Experience of PERL scripting & Unix shell scripting and automation
