Job Description:

 

•          Experience in Rational Requirements Composer (previous Requisite Pro) (RRC)

•          Experience in Rational Software Architect (previous Rose) (RSA)

•          Experience in Rational Team Concert (previous ClearCase / ClearQuest) (RTC)

•          Experience in Rational Quality Manager (previous Test Manager) (RQM)

•          Experience in IBM Rational Method Composer (previous RUP Builder) (RMC)

•          Extensive experience of RUP required in order fulfilling a Lead Role within the different positions.

•          Delivery and technical ownership of assigned project work

•          Designing, coding, testing, trouble-shooting and debugging

•          Knowledge sharing and technical problem solving

•          Assisting with requirements analysis and design phases

•          Adherence to project metrics (Schedule/Effort/Quality) to ensure client satisfaction

•          Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills Excellent time management, planning and organization skills

•          Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and act with a sense of urgency

•          Contribute individually with minimal supervision and as part of a team
