Job Description:

 

·         Ensure smooth working of the office including ensuring supplies, catering, and weekly meeting coordination.

·         Event coordination including detailed planning, vendor evaluation, coordination with marketing team, managing project for a successful event.

·         Prime manager of client mailing lists and databases.

·         Client event coordination including detailed planning for meeting, vendor evaluation, managing project for a successful event.

·         Ensure outstanding customer service and client retention.

·         Travel and expense management.

·         Call Screening and managing calendar/appointments.

·         Ensure that the paper records are maintained as per company norms.

·         Continuous coordination with internal staff and systems to ensure that client’s needs are met and high satisfaction rates are assured.
