·         ITO Infrastructure PM's only: min 3-4yrs domain expertise

·         Infrastructure PM’s preferred. No one from Applications/ Software Project Management background

·         PMP/any PM certifications will be beneficial. In case of senior profiles Like Level 7 argets will be expected to have done his PMP

·         Open to working in Shifts

·         Experience In Virtual PM

·         Good communication skills
