•         Identify new business opportunities, build key customer relationships

•         Manage and develop Hinduja Tech’s Automotive and Aerospace business in the Americas.

•         Sustain and enhance relationships at existing and new customers

•         Develop strategic relationship with OEMs and Tier 1 top management.

•         Ability to sell and present company solutions and services to current and potential clients.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

•         Develop and enhance relationships within each existing and new customer to effectively understand their needs and represent the best position for company.

•         Create and continually update aggressive sales plans with critical tasks towards generation of Defiance’s Engineering Service offerings & solutions at each customer.

•         Generate customer letters, quotations, and correspondence consistent with the needs of company and the customer.

•         Team oriented approach with Delivery Managers & Project Managers

•         Support Marketing by collecting and providing competitive information.

•         Deliver and exceed the revenue targets associated with growing the automotive sales in North America

•         Develops strategic accounts up to and including the executive level.

•         Provide strong sales through collaboration with other non- Engineering Service offerings within Defiance.

 

PROFILE REQUIREMENT

 

•         Around 7-10 years Sales and Business Development experience in Automotive/Aerospace Services..

•         Direct experience with Automotive OEM's and/or Tier 1's

•         Technical experience / expertise on automotive vertical delivery required; in order to understand and drive customer needs and address the first level of opportunity locally

•         Independent Contributor, Go Getter and ability to perform independently

•         Executive level sales knowledge and experience

•         Strong negotiation skills, written and verbal communication

•         Self-motivated and Self directed. High standards of professionalism and ethics

•         Strong Collaboration and Team oriented approach.

•         Consistency in earlier assignments.

•         Candidate will be a GC holder or US Citizens

Sr. Performance Testing Architect/Lead

 

Location: Baltimore, MD

Duration: 6+ Months

Rate: Market

 

Description:

Core responsibility of the Architect role is to design an architecture solution which meets the needs of the customer.

Prime responsibility is to implement architecture or design, implementing reuse / automation strategy and reviewing the design.

Contributes on solution definition, guiding designers, tech leads in the team

 

Skillset :

·         Leadership Qualities, and previous experience with Leading Enterprise Performance Testing teams

·         HP Performance tool set expert

·         HP Cloud based performance testing experience

·         Load Runner: Load Runner, Load Runner Controller (VuGen), Load Generators (Performance/Load test process, methodology and best practices)

·         Collecting NFR, Expertise in bottleneck identification, End-to-End Root cause Analysis on performance bottlenecks.

·         Expertise in various tools used in Performance Testing, hands on proficiency in different protocols

·         Ability to lead a complete project working with cross functional teams

·         API testing experience – especially with Cloud based implementations like force.com   

·         Any healthcare experience a big plus

·         Lead team Onsite and Offshore

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills a must with good client interfacing skills.

Job Description:

 

  Should be capable of understanding the underlying technology on the various automation tools and evaluate the best tool for the client.

  Should be capable of creating the required automation framework to the client.

  Hands on experience in any one SOA testing tools like SOAP UI, Parasoft SOATest, ITKO Lisa.

  Well versed in SDLC, Test life cycle and defect life cycle.

  Ability to differentiate the different testing phases like Unit, Component, Integration, System, Acceptance, Regression testing and capable of performing these tests.

  Well versed with web service automation testing, work experience of atleast 1 year in the web service automation area.

  Understand &, analyze the business requirements at a higher level.

Obtain testing environments and required test data for  different  systems. Coordinate required testing activities with Environment and Infrastructure team & manage testing

   issues.
