Sr SQL Server Developer

 

Location: Greensboro, NC

Duration: 6+ Months

Rate: Market

 

Job Description:

 

Solid experience in ETL development using Microsoft SSIS. Configuring and deploying ETLS in multiple environments.

Writing advanced T-SQL queries, analyzing existing stored procedures and recommending modifications for efficiency gains, assisting existing staff in converting legacy processes as well as creating new processes to standardize tasks.

Hand-on writing SQL Stored procedures and performance tuning, debugging stored procedures

Excellent communication skills and be a team member. Should have ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly and come up with original ideas.

Facilitate development, QA, and deployment in testing and production environments

 

SQL Server 2008 R2 (3-5 years)- Stored procedures, SSIS packages, Views, Triggers, SQL Jobs

SSRS

Source Control (3-5 years)

Data Modeling/System Design (3-5 years)

MS Visual Studio (2+ years)

Experience using SDLC practices

 

Additional for Leads:

 

Data modeling exercises, estimate and work on large initiatives

Create and review project designs and assist with peer reviews

Excellent communication skills and be a team member and manage the team

 

Nice to Have:

EPIC certified

Health Care experience
