Salesforce Developer

 

Location: SFO CA

Duration: 6+ Months

Rate: Market

Description / Duties

•          Development lead for the salesforce.com configuration, development / integration team

•          Technical expertise and team leadership skills a must

•          Expert guidance on best practices for configuration, development / integration and data migration in salesforce.com

•          Reviews development / integration design

•          Provides guidelines for usage of APEX Code, VF and other advanced customization in SFDC

•          Develops Salesforce APEX Code, VF and other advanced customization in SFDC

•          Implements enterprise integration strategy

•          Technical issue management

•          Unit testing

Experience

•          Experience SFDC person with Salesforce development experience (3 years SFDC experience, 4+ years IT experience)

•          Excellent English communication skills, with demonstrable capability in handling complex requirement from clients based in the UK or US.

•          Admin 201 and Dev 401 certification

•          Experience of working with customization and configuration in Salesforce.

•          Excellent understanding in implementation including but not limited to:

o          Apex code (Triggers, classes, component etc..)

o          Visualforce components

o          SOQL statements

o          Experience in designing and implementing new salesforce object, workflow rules, custom layouts, and other salesforce customization

o          Experience working with Integration API

o          Have experience in Informatics integration into Salesforce.

o          Have experience in data migration from SQL server into Salesforce.

•          Experience with Unit and Systems Integration Testing

•          Have experience of working in an offshore model

Desirable

•              Additional Advanced Dev 501 or Advanced Admin certification would be an added advantage

•              Project or Program manager experience

•              Idealistically having completed at least two projects involving Informatica
