SQL Server Developer

 

Location: Bloomington, IL

Duration: 3+ Months

Rate: Market

 

Requirement:

Knowledge of financial services products, collections and banking terminology helpful
-Understanding and working knowledge of FTP concepts and procedures
-Daily support of applications/infrastructure
-Working with vendors and holding  them accountable
-Knowledge of Windows security components, to include Active Directory, single sign-on concepts, etc.
-Moderate to Advanced SQL developer skills, including stored procedures, SQL Service Integration Services (SSIS) packages, etc.
-Moderate knowledge of SQL Server 2008 administration and tools, to include backup/restore, SQL Server Agent jobs, SQL profiling, etc.
-Moderate to advanced knowledge of current programming language skills, Microsoft C#.NET strongly preferred
-Knowledge of software distribution concepts, to include creation of Windows installer MSI, MST, and MSP files.

-Incident & Problem management / trouble shooting and support (Windows workstation operating environment - primarily Windows 7 and Windows server operating environment - primarily W2K8/IIS7 and W2K8/SQL2K8)
-Building relationships across systems
-Daily communications with Business partners and vendors
-Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed for support
