Job Description:

 

1.         12+ years experience of which 6+ years on Singleview billing implementation projects (telecom billing domain)

2.         Should have ability to understand billing related business and functional requirements.

3.         Must have done at least 2-3 greenfield Singleview implementations 

4.         6+ years’ experience of working as a Project Manager and handling 20+ resources

5.         Should have worked on Onsite-offshore model during various implementation phases

6.         6+ years’ Experience on CSGi (Singleview) Convergent Billing & Revenue Management.

7.         Develop and refine estimates to define the time and quality constraints of the project and then guide the development team to ensure the technical integrity of the solution within these constraints.

8.         Expertise in creating and managing the project plan for the Billing system implementation based on the changing criteria.

9.         Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees

10.       Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions

11.       Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; working on budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

12.       Should have facilitated the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables and managed project resource allocation

13.       Should have proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, change management and should be proficient in project management software/tools for tracking project deliverables.
